With this purchase you will receive a PDF pattern with full pattern pieces, detailed pictures, and step by step instructions on how to make your own beach tote. This pattern is designed to be used with canvas, cork, leather and vinyl. It requires no hardware.
This is a beginner to intermediate pattern. We’ve included dozens of pictures to accompany each step, as well as cutting measurements for some off the pattern pieces.
Specs: Finished tote is approximately 18" wide by 14” tall by 5" deep. There are 2 ways to carry it. Tied for a more compact option and open to carry litterally all your belongings in one bag.
You may alter and embellish the beach tote to your hearts content. You can sell the items you make from this pattern and credit is appreciated.

To get started, you will need the following supplies:
Exterior Fabric (CANVAS) - ½ Yard (56” wide)
Lining Fabric (QUILTING COTTON) - 1 Yard (44” wide)
Contrast Fabric (VINYL or CORK off-cuts) - 30” x 9” approx.
Fusible Interfacing (SF 101 or SIMILAR) - 2 Yards (44” wide)
Fusible Fleece (only if using quilting cotton) - ½ Yard (44’ wide)
Leather off-cuts - 19” x 1½” OR
Pre-made Cotton Rope - 1 Yard
